Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Kerala: 2–5 business days
  • South India: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during festivals, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
  • Orders below ₹999 may incur a small shipping fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations across India. Additional COD charges may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volumes.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. NYRASHY is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
